Ashley is the Sales Manager and partner in Camelot Realty, its Top Producer, and also the daughter of Tom and Melanie Cervone. Throughout her career she has developed strong relationships with builders and developers not only as an on-site Sales Specialist marketing and selling their buildings, but also as a knowledgeable source in land acquisition and the pre-construction phases of a project.

Ashley has worked with some of the largest and most reputable multi-family developers in the industry: Group LSR (Montreal Canada), Phillips Development and Realty (Tampa, Florida), Stature Construction (Houston, Texas),Clarion Development (Ft. Lauderdale, Florida), David Weekly Homes (Houston, Texas), and Hallier Properties (Las Vegas, Nevada). As an on-site Sales Agent for these builders she managed pre-construction sales and the educating of investors on how to cash-flow properties.
